I’m a local chef in Hoi An, and I offer hands-on cooking classes.
In these classes, you will learn to prepare two unique dishes: cao lầu and white rose dumplings, both special to our city.
We will visit the local market together to pick out the freshest ingredients.
You’ll see a variety of herbs, vegetables, and meats that make our food so delicious.
I’ll also share my family recipes, which have been passed down for generations.
