Hi everyone!

Today, I’m making fried spring rolls.

In the north, we call them nem rán.

In the south, they’re chả giò.

These rolls have ground pork, shrimp, vegetables, and glass noodles.

We wrap all of this in rice paper.

They’re crispy and delicious!

I recommend dipping them in fish sauce.

You can add carrot and papaya pickles too.

This dish is perfect for family gatherings.
