Today, I’m excited to show you how to make fried spring rolls.
In northern Vietnam, we call them nem rán, while in the south, they’re known as chả giò.
These rolls are filled with ground pork, shrimp, vegetables, and glass noodles, all wrapped in rice paper.
They get super crispy when fried!
For dipping, I suggest using fish sauce with carrot and papaya pickles.
It's a perfect complement!
